All Your Carving Needs In One Convenient Location!

Ginsu Introduces the First 2-n-1 Carving Center

Walnut Ridge, AR (February, 2006) – Ginsu’s heritage as an innovator among cutlery manufacturers is assured with the latest design of the Ginsu Carving Center. This innovative product combines a cordless electric knife and versatile soft grip knives with commercial-quality stainless steel blades and soft grip Santoprene handles all conveniently stored in one easy location.

Long admired as the inventor of the never-needs-sharpening knife technology, Ginsu has always been a trusted brand in cutlery. More than 95 percent of consumers surveyed in a recent telephone research study ranked Ginsu as the manufacturer of reliably sharp knives (Source: Discovery Research Group phone survey, February, 2005). Ginsu is well-known for its many first; the first never-needs sharpening knife, its launch of memorable television commercials and first-ever direct response ads, and now, the first company to innovate the distinctive Ginsu Carving Center.

The Ginsu Carving Center consists of a unique compact Euro designed block. The hardwood block has storage for each of the kitchen knives as well as the cordless electric knife and blades. The block plugs into a standard outlet so that your cordless electric knife can be charged while resting in the block. The hardwood storage block allows all your knives to be stored in the same place so that you will have all your carving needs in one convenient location.

A good knife set is one of the most essential tools for any outfitted kitchen, and Ginsu continues as the trusted source for any cook’s needs with the new cordless electric knife. With the cordless electric knife you have the portability and versatility when carving your next feast. The powerful battery located in the knife handle is charged in the block for an extra long run time. The knife’s features include a soft grip Santoprene handle which allows for a non-slip grip while in use. The 8 inch multi-use blades are stainless steel, easily removed and dishwasher safe. This Ginsu Cordless Electric Knife cuts everything from paper thin slices of ham to thick slices of juicy prime rib with precision and ease.

The Ginsu Carving Center also has a versatile set of the most essential cutting tools. The newest Ginsu knife set containes a paring, utility, boning, bread, slicer and chef’s knife all with sturdy soft grip Santoprene handles. This soft grip material is built to last and designed for comfort. All knives have serrated “STAY SHARP” edges which never need sharpening. Along with the knives you get the bonus Ginsu Shears. These shears are the go-to, all-purpose utility item to have in your kitchen. Whether slicing bread for breakfast toast, or carving the turkey for Thanksgiving, the Ginsu Carving Center gets the job done with all your carving needs in one convenient location.
